Each sachet contains Trefriw Welts mineral water 25ml equivalent to 5mg elemental iron as ferrous iron (Fe2+).

Dosage

• Adults and children over 2 years: take one sachet daily.
• Pregnant women: take two sachets daily.
• Suitable for: all over 2 years old, active men and women, pregnant and post-natal women, vegetarians and elderly.
