Dosage

Adults: Take one Centrum for Men tablet daily with water.

Do not exceed recommended daily dose.

Warnings

This product contains Selenium which is toxic in high doses. Do not exceed a daily dose of 150 micrograms for adults of selenium from dietary supplements.
