equivalent to elemental magnesium 175mg,
Lemon Balm (Melissa officinalis) 300mg,

Dosage

• Adults: Take 1-2 capsules in the evening, 1 hour before bedtime.
• Children 12 years and over: 1 capsule in the evening, 1 hour before bedtime.
