Vitamin B-Complex, Balanced is suitable for vegetarians both because of its high level of B12 and because no animal byproducts are used.

Since the same amount of each B vitamin is not necessarily needed by the body, this formula is balanced to assist B12 absorption.

Tablets are coated to preserve freshness.

They contain no sugar, starch, artificial colorings or flavorings and are yeast-free

Per tablet:
Vitamin B1 (thiamine) 4mg,
Vitamin B2 (riboflavin) 6mg,
Niacin (niacinamide) 50mg,
Vitamin B6 (pyridoxine HCI) 8mg,
Folate (folic acid) 400mcg,
Vitamin B12 (cyanocobalamin) 50mcg,
Biotin 100mcg,
Pantothenic Acid (dicalcium panthothenate) 40mg,
Choline (bitartrate) 6.5mg,
Calcium (dicalcium phosphate) 115mg,
Phosphorus (dicalcium phosphate) 80mg.
Other ingredients: Cellulose, vegetable stearic acid, inositol, para-amino benzoic acid (PABA) vegetable magnesium stearate, cabbage leaves (Barrisica oleracea var.capitata), brown rice grain.


Take 1 tablet daily with a meal.
