Phosphorus (di-calcium phosphate) 45mg
Grapine (grape seed & pine bark complex containing proanthocyanidins) 60mg

Also contains: Cellulose (plant fiber), stearic acid (vegetable), silicon dioxide (powdered silica), and magnesium stearate.

Dosage

Take 2mg of Grapine per kilo of body weight daily, with food. For example a person weighing 60kg should take 120mg/2 tablets daily.
