Hot Flashes, 21-2-2015 By: Shelly Bergen (Marton) I found these capsules to be of benefit for Hot Flashes. Tried everything to try and reduce them and a friend told me that her mother used Sage Capsules. I gave it a try and amazingly they worked. Very quick and effective.
