• Lactobacillus gasseri 2.6 billion
• Bifidobacterium bifidum 0.2 billion
• Bifidobacterium longum 0.2 billion

Dosage

Adults: Take 1 capsule daily after a meal.

Children 3+ Years: Take half a capsule daily or 1 capsule every second day.
Seperate the capsule and mix contents with unheated food or liquid.
