Formulated without: Added yeast, gluten, lactose, dairy, flavour, colour, artificial sweeteners, soy, egg, fish, corn or preservatives.

Dosage

Adults: Take two capsules, three times daily after food, or as directed by your healthcare professional.

If required, two capsules may be taken in the morning followed by four capsules, two hours before a workout.
