Dosage

Adults take one tablet daily with food, or as professionally prescribed.

Warnings

This product contains selenium which is toxic in high doses. A daily dose of 150mcg of Selenium from supplements for adults should not be exceeded.
Do not take while on warfarin therapy without medical advice.
Use only as directed and always read the label.
Vitamin supplements should not replace a balanced diet.
If symptoms persist, consult your healthcare professional.
The recommended dose of this medicine contains small amounts of caffeine.
