Siberian Ginseng to improve overall energy and vitality.

Thiamine (Vitamin B1) and Riboflavin (Vitamin B2) to help the body’s cells to convert carbohydrates into energy.

Nicotinamide (Vitamin B3) to assist in the functioning of the digestive system, skin and nerves. It is also sometimes called niacin.

Pantothenic Acid (Vitamin B5)

Pyridoxine (Vitamin B6) to help the body make proteins that are then used to make body cells and promote energy.

Cyanocobalamin (Vitamin B12)

Biotin (Vitamin H) to aid the metabolism of carbohydrates, fats and proteins for energy.

Guarana (Paulinia cupana) dry seed 240mg

Contains caffeine (4mg per tablet) and saccharin sodium. This preparation contains 287.4mg (12.5 mmol) per dose of sodium which should be taken into account by those on a low sodium diet. The maximum recommended dose of two tablets daily contains 574.8mg of Sodium.

Vitamin supplements should not replace a balanced diet.
