Vitamin B2 (as riboflavin) 133mg, Magnesium (from magnesium aspartate complex) 133mg.

Dosage

Recommended adult dosage - 3 capsules daily with food, either together or in divided doses.

Warnings

High dosing may cause bowel looseness. The magnesium in this product may alter the body's calcium stores in long term use. A calcium replacement supplement is recommended.
