Ingredients per tablet:

Glucosamine Hydrochloride (vegetarian) 1 g (1,000 mg)

Other Ingredients: Microcrystalline cellulose, vegetable cellulose, vegetable magnesium stearate, silica, vegetable glycerin.

Solgar's Vegetarian Glucosamine Hydrochloride (shellfish-free) Tablets are free of corn, yeast, wheat, soy and dairy products and are formulated without the use of artificial preservatives, flavors or colors. Sugar, salt and starch free.

Dosage

As a dietary supplement for adults, take one (1) tablet up to two (2) times daily, preferably at mealtimes or as directed by a healthcare practitioner.
