Dosage

• Take 4 sprays daily (pack contains 120 sprays)
• Shake well before every use
• When using for the first time depress the pump 3 times to get the liquid flowing and carefully spray against the inner cheek.
• Replace the cap after use. Once opened use within 6 months.
• Does not have to be taken with food or at a set time of day, find a time that fits best with your daily routine.
