I have the onset of arthritic index fingers which impaired the use of them in my work. They often would be very painful to the point I was using inflammatory creams and spray so that I could still somewhat function with them. Since taking the Glucosamine & fish oil, I very rarely now resort to using any inflammatory treatment and I have increased mobility, so I believe that the capsules have been truly beneficial. The only other comment I would say is that I found it awkward in taking a capsule 3 times a day with food, so I have adopted taking one after breakfast and one after the evening meal. Definitely pleased with results.
