5-Hydroxytryptophan (5-HTP) is an amino acid metabolite of L-Tryptophan, which is usually obtained naturally from protein. It produces the essential feel good hormone, serotonin.
Magnesium is a mineral that may increase sleep efficiency is responsible for the relaxation phase of muscles and therefore may relax nerves.
Vitamin B6 is required for the conversion of L-Tryptophan to serotonin.
Vitamin B3 can have a pronounced calming effect.
Niacinamide may help prolong sleep and may induce rapid eye movement.
Passionflower promotes a state of relaxation. Skullcap may have a calming effect on the central nervous system.

Dosage

Take 2 Clinicians REM Sleep capsules 15 to 30 minutes before bedtime. Repeat the dose during the night if required.

Warnings

Do not use if you are on SSRI or Mao anti-depressants unless under medical supervision.
Not recommended in Pregnancy or Lactation.
