Biotin 1.g,
Boron 2mg,
Bamboo Extract (equivalent to Silica) 100mg,
Vitamin C (as Ascorbic Acid) 100mg.

Dosage

• Adults: Mix 1 level metric teaspoon (2.8g) into a glass of water, smoothie or your favourite drink, once daily.
• Some active ingredients may settle, please swirl or stir before drinking.
