Each metric teaspoon contains:

Hydrolysed Marine Collagen 2500mg,
Zinc Gluconate 58.14mg (Equivalent to Zinc 7.5mg),
Ascorbic Acid (Vitamin C) 100mg,
Extract equivalent to fresh Ribes Nigrum (NZ Blackcurrant) Fruit 4000mg.
Also contains natural blackcurrant flavour.

Dosage

• Adults: Mix 1 level metric teaspoon (2.7g) into a glass of water, smoothie or your favourite drink once daily.
• Some active ingredients may settle, please swirl or stir before drinking.
