Manuka Honey 385mg / ml With Boysenberry and Raspberry juice concentrates Contains no artificial colours, flavours, sweeteners or preservatives.

Dosage

Adults: 6 - 10ml
Children 6-12yrs: 3 - 5ml
Children 4-5 yrs: 3ml
Take one to two times daily, diluted in a little juice or water, or add to your morning smoothie.

Warnings

Those allergic to Asteraceae family plants (eg chamomile, artichokes, daisies) should take care when taking Echinacea due to possible allergic reaction.
A tingling or numbing sensation may occur in the mouth immediately after taking – this is normal and indicative of the quality and potency of Echinacea.
