Suregard Reusable Personal Protective Mask

I ordered a mask and when it was delivered I opened the package to find the mask was already broken. I sent an email to Health chemist and asked for a refund. They ignored my request and sent me a replacement through the manufacturer's mask company Suregard. When I emailed them to ask about my refund, and where to send back the unopened mask, they replied that the replacement mask is the refund, and that I should do what I wish with the mask like give it to someone else less fortunate. Another thing, the online chemist store claims that the mask has an insert for an added extra filter that you put into the mask. It does not. You get the mask and then just place the extra filter onto the mask itself nothing actually securely attaching the filter like a pocket. If you move the mask the filter will fall to the floor. The quality of the mask is paper thin and only a light glue is holding the two pieces of the mask together, coupled with the unsecured extra filter. I paid $40.00 for this.This is the most shady service service I have ever received from a business. DO NOT buy anything from them. I never will again.
