Each serve of 6ml contains:
Ingredient	Strength	Unit
Coenzyme Q10 (ubiquinone)	100	mg
PQQ (pyrroloquinoline quinone)	5	mg

Also Contains:

Purified water, glycerin, structured sunflower seed lecithin (providing essential phospholipids including phosphatidylcholine), natural fruit flavours, acacia gum, xanthan gum, potassium sorbate.

No Added:

Gluten, dairy, sugar, artificial colours, sweeteners and flavours.

Dosage

Recommended Dose:

One serve = 6ml (just over 1 tsp)

• Adults: Once Daily.

Best taken 15 minutes away from food. You can dilute to taste with a small amount of water or juice.

Warnings

Pregnancy & Breast Feeding:

Not recommended during pregnancy and breastfeeding.

Precautions & Contraindications:

• Not to be taken if on blood thinning therapy, without medical advice.
• Anticoagulant medicine : Co Q10 may reduce the anticoagulant effect of warfarin (4 cases have been reported). Consult your healthcare professional.
