Methylsuphonylmethane (MSM)	5 mg

Also Contains: Purified water, citric acid, potassium sorbate, sodium citrate.

No added: Gluten, diary, yeast, sugar, artificial colours, sweeteners, flavours or preservatives.

Dosage

Directions for use:

Remove lid from glass bottle.
Remove applicator from bag and insert instantly into bottle opening and screw until tight.

Dosage:

Adults (12 years and older): Apply 2 sprays into each nostril 2 to 3 times daily.
Children (2 to 11 years): Apply 1 spray into each nostril 2 to 3 times daily.
