Provides support for calmness and sleep
This product is high in bitter substances which have appetite stimulating properties and support for the digestive system. The nervine principle of hops is a volatile oil containing the terpene ‘Humulin’ which has calming properties so is commonly used for calming the nervous system. This formula supports quality sleep and restlessness.
It is an excellent herb for supporting over tiredness, broken sleep patterns. It also helps to stimulate the appetite, dispel flatulence. Hop flowers provide a nerve and blood tonic and support fluid balance as well as healthy uric acid levels.
