Useful for nervous tension and mood balance
This syrup has a gentle, calming influence and toning effect on the nervous system. It is an astringent that supports relief from tension and irritability. When taken internally, St John’s Wort has a calming effect. It supports mood balance during menopause and pre-menstrually.
Other Uses: Useful for bladder health. Cleansing properties make it an excellent wash. It also can assist healing of wounds and bruises.

Take straight or in 50mls of boiled water as a tea.
Dietary advice: Avoid – mucus-forming foods such as gluten, egg-white, chocolate, sugar, dairy, polyunsaturated oils, regular salt. Adopt – gluten-free grain foods, whole foods (greens, fruits, nuts, seeds), unprocessed coconut oil, 1022 Celtic & NZ Sea Salt with kelp, oxygen-rich water.
