Dosage

Women: 2 to 4 capsules with food daily.

Men: 2 to 4 capsules twice daily with food

Warnings

Not to be used in pregnancy or lactation.

A harmless but noticeable change in urine colour may occur during usage.

Caution is advised with drugs that utilise the cytochrome P450 detoxification pathway in the liver. In theory, DIM may reduce the effectiveness of oral contraceptives.
