3-4 weeks - 5 capsules, 3 times daily. As energy levels normalise reduce to 5 capsules, twice daily.

Maintenance dose:
5 capsules per day.

Athletic performance:
Suggested dose - 5 capsules post exercise to support energy recovery. Or as professionally prescribed.
