Thompson s Flax Seed Oil is extracted by cold-pressing , the mechanical extraction of the oil from the seed, at a temperature less than 50 degrees Celsius, before undergoing filtration. No chemicals are added. After filtration the oil is nitrogen blanketed and stored at low temperatures to avoid oxidation.
