Weleda Premenstron Drops is a homoeopathic complex that relieves pre-menstrual symptoms such as irritability, tearfulness, depression, excessive tiredness, tension and breast tenderness.
Premenstron is taken two weeks prior to menstruation ie after ovulation. In conjunction, take Menodoron during the time between periods, which helps balance the hormone levels in the body.
The Chaste Tree (Vitex Agnus-Castus) - relaxes genital & sexual regions, traditional remedy for female reproductive tract disorders, soothes pre-menstrual symptoms
Blue Cohosh (Caulophyllum) - anti-spasmodic (acting especially on the womb) & diuretic.
Chamomile (Cham Rad) - soothes & relaxes.
Equisetum (Horsetail) - acts on the bladder & helps with distension.
Ignatia (St. Ignatius Bean) - helps lift any depression often associated with PMS.
Kali Carb. (Phosphate of Potassium) - helps regulate menstrual cycle and relieve abdominal pain.
Lilium Tigrum (type of lily)- helps with "bearing down" & bloated feelings in uterus.

1g (approx. 15 drops) of Weleda Premenstron Drops contains: Agnus castus 1x, 200mg; Caulophyllum 3x, 100mg; Chamomilla, root 3x, 100mg; Equisetum arvense, decoct. 3x, 150mg; Ignatia 6x, 100mg; Kali. carbonicum 6x, 150mg; Lilium tigrinum 3x, 100mg; Zincum valerianicum 4x, 100mg; in water/ethanol base.
Take 15 drops of Weleda Premenstron Drops three times daily, 15 minutes before meals for 2 weeks prior to menstration.
